Premium customer service for your wireless, at no cost.
In exchange, your equipment orders route through MobileDesk. That's the whole arrangement.
Somehow, phones became your job. Hand them to us instead. You send one ticket and our telecom alumni handle the rest: orders, upgrades, broken phones, billing errors, escalations, the calls you don't have time to make.
- Same network.
- Same rates.
- Same account, in your name.

Nothing is added to your bill, ever. The carriers pay a commission on phone orders no matter who places them. When we place yours, that commission funds your support team. See the honest math ↓
Every carrier request costs your team an afternoon.
Hold music, phone trees, a stranger every time, and a callback that never comes.
Send one ticket. Go back to work.
A named person who knows your account does the calling, holding and chasing until it's done.
Right now you have four ways to deal with your carrier. They all cost you.
What is your team's time worth?
One support request. On the left, the average carrier call. On the right, the time it takes to send us a ticket. The carrier clock runs sped up, because nobody has time to watch it for real.
Calling the carrier yourself
And that’s if it gets solved on the first call.
Sending a MobileDesk ticket
Then it’s ours. You go back to your real job.
Do the math on your team
Rough estimate based on typical support volume. Adjust the numbers to match your company.
What more productive tasks could they be doing?
It costs you nothing to reclaim this valuable time.
If the check were the same, would you serve yourself?
Dealing with your carrier is the hotel breakfast buffet. Get up, find a plate, help yourself, hope it's edible. MobileDesk is the table where someone brings it to you.

One message from you. The rest is ours.
No new portal to learn, no queue to wait in. You are not serving yourself here.
Tell us what you need
A new hire, a broken phone, an upgrade or an invoice that looks wrong. Email, text or call the team that already knows your account.
We do the waiting
We place the order, sit through the phone tree, hold, escalate and follow up. Our telecom alumni know which door to knock on and how to get it opened.
You get "Handled."
We come back with the outcome, not a status update. The device, line and account record stay current without another task landing on your desk.

Everything you'd rather not call the carrier about.
Grouped by how miserable each one is to handle yourself. Hover any item for what we actually do. Send us one of them or all of them.
- Billing errors and creditsWrong charges, missing credits, disputes that take three calls and a supervisor. We chase it to resolution.
- Escalations that go nowhereThe ticket nobody owns. We know which door to knock on, and we keep knocking.
- International travel gone wrongSet up before you fly, fixed fast when the bill says otherwise.
- Ports and number transfersThe ones that strand a line for days. We stay on it with updates more useful than “in process.”
- Lost, stolen and suspended linesFast, and on the correct line, which is not a guarantee anywhere else.
- Contract and renewal questionsWhat you signed, what it renews into, and what the fine print does at month 13.
- Plan optimizationPooled data, overages, lines paying for things nobody uses. We look before the bill, not after.
- Broken and warranty replacementsClaim filed, replacement tracked, employee back to work.
- New hires and departuresLines activated, suspended, reassigned or cancelled the day you tell us.
- Upgrades and device ordersPlaced right the first time, with the promotion actually applied.
- Setup, enrollment and shippingDelivered where it needs to go, enrolled how you need it, tracked until it lands.
- Features, voicemail, troubleshootingThe small stuff that still eats twenty minutes on hold.
- Inventory, recycling and trade-insOld devices out the door with the credit actually applied.
Nothing out of pocket. Here's the honest math.
The carriers pay a commission on every phone order, no matter who places it. When your orders route through MobileDesk, that commission comes to us instead, and it funds your support team. The carriers were going to pay it anyway. Nothing is added to your bill, nothing changes about your rates or contract, and you will never see an invoice from us.
It's already covered by the wireless bill you pay every month. That's how their support line is funded.
It's covered by the commission carriers pay when we place your phone orders. That's how your team is funded.
Trained by the carriers. Retrained to work for you.
Our team is made up of telecom alumni: people who spent years inside the carriers learning every system, every workaround and every escalation path. Every carrier rep is trained to work for the carrier's benefit, and that's the job. Ours work for yours.
Think of it like a managed service provider, but for wireless. Instead of hiring one person and hoping they know everything, you plug in a whole team of specialists. Your team might be great at wireless. But it's not what they were hired to do, and it's the only thing we do.
We've been cutting wireless bills since 2013.
MobileDesk is built by Mobilia Consulting, a Charleston, SC cost reduction firm that has worked carrier accounts every business day for over a decade. Not a startup guessing at this. A real company you can look up and call.
Think you're overpaying? Mobilia also runs full cost reduction reviews on your wireless spend. Same people, deeper dig.
Already decided to switch carriers? Don't go it alone.
Some companies have made up their mind to move. If that's you, bring us to the table. We negotiate carrier switches every day, we know what a good deal looks like, and we know the questions you won't think to ask until it's too late. You don't know what you don't know. We do this for a living.
Carrier horror stories.
Everyone who deals with a carrier has one. These are real, told by the people they happened to. Names changed, pain preserved. If yours is worse, send it in: we feature the best one every month and the winner gets a $100 gift card.
Ten hours on the phone. Three days without my business number.
I lost my phone while traveling and called right away to suspend the line. The agent suspended the wrong one: my business number, tied to my bank, my email, my clients and all my two-factor codes. Three days and nearly ten hours on the phone, transferred department to department, verifying my identity from scratch every single time. At one point I was told the number was permanently disconnected and could not be recovered. It finally came back, but only after I got a supervisor on the line.
My line went dead for days, and nobody could tell me why.
My number is how my bank finds me, how I get my two-factor codes, how clients and family reach me. When it ported over it stuck halfway through the transfer and the line just went dead. Every time I called I heard the same thing: "in process," or "with the technical team." Nothing ever changed. From where I was sitting, stuck in the system looked exactly the same as nobody working on it at all, and no one could give me a real timeline.
I called ahead to be careful. I came home to a $10,000 bill.
Before three weeks out of the country I called specifically to confirm TravelPass was on my line. The agent said it was not and added it. It was already there, and what the agent actually did was remove it. I left the country having done everything right and came back to over $10,000 in international charges. It took someone digging through the records to confirm I had called before I traveled. They reran it and I owed under $300, which is what it should have been from day one.

The parts people ask about twice.
What does MobileDesk cost us?
Nothing is added to your bill and you’ll never see an invoice from us. The service is funded by the commission carriers pay when your company’s device orders (new phones, upgrades and replacements on the lines we support) route through us.
Won’t you just push whatever earns you the most, like a carrier rep does?
No, and this is the core of why MobileDesk exists. We carry no carrier quota and no corporate agenda telling us what to sell you. If the cheaper plan is the right plan, that is the one we recommend. Our business only works if you keep sending us the work, so acting in your best interest is our business model.
Do we lose control of our account?
No. Your credentials and admin access stay yours, and the account remains in your company’s name. MobileDesk is added as a partner so we can perform the work you send us.
What happens during onboarding?
We learn how your account is structured, capture the devices and people we will support, and introduce your team. Then new requests come directly to us.
How long are we committed?
The initial term is 90 days, long enough to complete the handoff and judge the service, then it continues month to month.
Our team already handles wireless well. Why would we need you?
Give them credit, they probably do. But wireless isn’t what they were hired to do, and it’s the only thing we do. You’re not replacing anyone. You’re taking a time-consuming task off their plate and handing it to a team that does it all day, every day.

You can complete the whole thing right here, or book a call first and meet your team. Your choice.
No phone call required, though you can ask for one at any point. Nothing is active until you sign and the carrier approves us on your account.
